You will go back to the basics, mind you; food and sleeping will be taken care of. Depending on the adventures, you will spend the night in unique, picturesque sites, from off-road campsites to peaceful mountain accommodations. An experienced local guide will ensure you have an immersive experience.

These are just a few examples of the exciting outdoor adventures we offer. Our program is designed to provide you with various experiences catering to different interests and skill levels. You will start your day with a guided meditation session, laying the foundation for a heart-centred day.
Trekking
Half or full day trekking through off- the track nature, from 5 to 20 km. From Almoster-Santarem region, Freita Mountain, Serra da Estrela to Picos Islands and Way of Saint James. Expect a diverse landscape with fruittrees, orchards, vines, nuttrees, water springs, and small, pittoresque Portugese villages.
Day with a Shepherd
A shepherd spends most of his/her time up in the mountains with its fellow domestic livestock species and the rustic, exclusive breed of shepherd dog, the Castro Laboreiro. You will experience the beautiful nature in the mountains, learn how to take care of the livestock and learn about the dog’s amazing skills.
Sailing
Sailing from a starting point close to the farm all the way to Lisbon, guided by the Tagus river. Sailing around Cascais, Cabo da Roca or at Vaada do Ribatejo. Expect beautiful birds, small islands and fishertown on the way.
Ziplining and Climbing
High up in the trees, crossing bridges and parcours, and sliding down fulls speed. From overcoming the fear of heights to buidling up your balance and mobility; plenty of challenges are waiting for you!
Stand Up Paddleboarding
Under the supervision of an experienced local guide, you will move all the way from … to … on just a SUP-board during 3 days! Expect stunning views, calm waters, cozy nights at the campfire, camping and staying at remote, typical cabins.
Canyoning
Ropes, waterfalls, jumps, rockclimbing, and lots of adrenaline! Our local guides will take us to the secret places where no tourists are found. They will ensure you to have a fun, full on experience. A must-experience for learning about ourselves and others!
Surfing
Along the rustique and famous Portuguese coast, you will be surfing at the famous beaches; find the super-tubes in Peniche, the big waves in Nazar and stunning sunset in Ericeira.
