  • Anxiety – If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, such as racing thoughts, rapid heartbeat, shallow breathing, and a persistent sense of unease, know that you are not alone. Reach out for support. Remember, there is hope, and healing is possible.

“Adventure therapy is a form of experiential therapy that uses challenging adventure activities to aid the healing process.” Adventure therapy helps to promote self-efficacy, executive function, self-awarness, growth mindset and healthy identity development.

With the help of an adventure life coach, you will set up and plan your individual challenges and goals. You will implement your goals in rejuvenating outdoor experiences.

When going outdoors, you won’t just participate in the activity; you will learn how to be autonomous.

Life Coaching Workshops

Mindfulness involves paying attention to what is going on inside and outside ourselves, moment by moment. It focuses on reconnecting with our bodily sensations and becoming aware of our thoughts and emotions.

Mindfulness can help you deal with issues more adequately. You can ask yourself: “Is trying to solve this problem by brooding about it helpful, or am I just getting caught up in my thoughts?”

Mindfulness leads to an increase in happiness, gratitude, hope, vitality, and a decrease in anxiety sympotoms of depression, anger and worries..

You will become acquinted with the fundamental role of the heart in the functioning of your mind and body. You will learn about the heart brain coherence, allowing you to access your mind through the wisdom of your heart. Through excercises you will improve your intuition, brain function, mental clarity, decision-making and stress-resilience.
